When you use Archipelago Alerts, we collect the following information:

Account Information: If you log in with Discord, we authenticate through Discord and store your Discord ID, Discord username, and Discord avatar hash. We do not collect your Discord email or password.
Device Information: We collect your device's FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) token and a unique Android ID.
User-Generated Data: We store the data necessary for the app's core function, including the Archipelago rooms you subscribe to, the specific player slots you track, and your notification preferences.
Integrations: If you choose to connect third-party services (such as "Cheese Tracker"), we store the API keys you provide in an encrypted format.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to provide the app's services:

Discord Information is used to authenticate you and display your profile in the app.
FCM Token and Android ID are used for the sole purpose of sending you the push notifications for game events that you requested. The Android ID helps us manage your FCM token securely.
User-Generated Data (rooms, slots, preferences) is used to poll the correct Archipelago servers and determine which events to send to you.
Integration Data is used solely to authenticate with the third-party services you have requested to link, allowing for features like automatic room syncing.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third-party advertisers.

3. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information by storing it on a secure server. All communication between your app and our server is handled securely. Sensitive keys (like third-party API keys) are stored encrypted at rest.

4. Data Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

You can delete your account by navigating to the Settings screen within the app and tapping the "DELETE ACCOUNT" button. Alternatively, you can visit https://ap-alerts.seedbot.net/delete-account. Confirming this action will immediately and permanently delete your user account and all related data from our server.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy within the app.
